The first EAU Convocation of 2012, held jointly with our International Partners the Oxford Centre for Excellence (OXCELL) took place on 6 February at the Royal Over-Seas League in London. EAU President Professor John Kersey and Vice-President Professor Andrew Linley represented the EAU Board while OXCELL was represented by Dr Saiful Bahri, OXCELL President, and Advisors Dr Charles Lau (PR China: Hong Kong) and Dato Hisham Ahmad (Malaysia). The guests of honour also included Professor Bryan Holden, Executive Director of the European Council for Business Education, of which OXCELL is a member. Speeches were given at the ceremony followed by the presentation of OXCELL awards and EAU degrees to graduates who had travelled from Malaysia, PR China and the Ukraine, which concluded with a photoshoot in the snow-covered garden. The award recipients then reconvened for a special dinner in their honour at the Thistle Hotel Bayswater.
