The University has appointed Dr James W. Otter, previously Adjunct Professor, as Dean of the David Ricardo School of Business.

Dr James Otter has supervised the dissertations of over 100 graduate students at MBA level. His teaching and research experience includes contract positions at the University of Natal, UNISA, Mancosa and Regent College. He has particularly strengths in the fields of applied business ethics and corporate governance, extensive knowledge of corporate, commercial and property law and considerable practical experience in financial management.
